Cheshire Community Development Trust is the new name for a local organisation with a lot of history.
Originally founded as Northwich and District Council of Social Service in 1922, we were reformed as Vale Royal CVS in 1977 and then as Voluntary Action Vale Royal, a charitable company limited by guarantee in 2006. Although over 80 years old, our services and the support we can offer today are as relevant as ever.
As Cheshire Community Development Trust we aim to focus on our services to the public. We will be an action centred, dynamic organisation committed to high quality personally tailored services which benefit marginalised groups and individuals. Through early intervention we aim to raise aspirations and give people the knowledge and the skills they need to become the best that they can be.
We aim to be the provider of choice and always to exceed expectations!
